Hearings have occurred on 1 November 2022, 11 November 2022 and 1 December 2022. Simon Draper, the Chief Executive of Infrastructure NSW, appeared as a witness on 11 November 2022. During the hearing of 11 November 2022, Mr Draper tabled four documents in addition to his opening statement. On 30 November 2022, Infrastructure NSW wrote to the Committee clarifying certain aspects of those documents and several other matters. A copy of that correspondence can be accessed here.
